I founded KORE to give associations and nonprofit organizations access to experienced leadership without forcing every challenge into the same management model. After more than 20 years working in association leadership, I understand the realities behind the board agenda: limited staff capacity, changing member expectations, revenue pressure, governance questions, technology decisions, and ambitious plans that still have to be implemented.
KORE works alongside boards, executives, staff, and volunteers to bring the right combination of leadership, strategy, analysis, and hands-on support to the work in front of them. The goal is not another report that sits on a shelf. It is practical progress that advances the mission.
